The best strategy to make a room bigger? Go white! We will always suggest a simple subway tile with our white shaker cabinets for a clean and open look even in the smaller spaces.
We also love the unconventional passthrough between the wall and double oven where the cooktop it easily accessible and not stuffed into a corner. The Hanstone Strato quartz countertop has been our favorite (other than it’s sister Hanstone Tranquility) for rooms with natural light, just like in our showroom on Phillips Highway. Add in some sleek new GE Profile appliances and a reverse osmosis dispenser and this kitchen looks like a million bucks, without costing it.
We are so proud of this bathroom. We were handed a photo and told to recreate it, and normally that is concerning, but I can’t tell you how close they are!!
Before the water damage, this bathroom was barely accessible. As the only bathroom in the house, it was compact and uncomfortable. This is the only view since the upgrade where you can still see how tight the squeeze was. The sink extends out past the door frame and into the walkway, but now this space feels organized and open, and with the closet vanity addition, no storage space was compromised!
We didn’t put in the flooring or paint the walls but everything in between was completely replaced and updated. The appliances are GE’s new smudge-proof slate and the counter is Kolams quartz from WilsonArt. This is a brilliant representation of Wellborn Forests Arctic Shaker cabinets matched with a simple but detailed beveled white subway tile. Our favorite part is the simple herringbone embellishment behind the cooktop that creates the center symmetry of the u-shaped kitchen.
We love how bright and elegant the look is and they love all the new drawer and cabinet space!
Make sure you check out the accessories we added including a pullout spice rack next to the double oven and a hidden trash compartment with secondary recycling bin from Richelieu.
We also updated a nearby half bathroom while we were at it, its always nice to get a little extra done while you’re already at it!
This kitchen has more than tripled in size. The homeowners were tired of having such a small kitchen and in order to give them this expansive area, we were able to remove a load bearing wall and extend the kitchen into the unused garage. Their kitchen is now expansive with an open transition into the dining room. The flooring is Nucore LVT “Gunstock” complimented by the Wellborn Forest maple cabinetry in Nutmeg Shadow with Ornamental granite countertops. The color palate is traditional with a contemporary Atlanta door style giving the look new life.
This cozy kitchen fits more into this space than you could imagine, and it doesn’t feel cluttered!
This Astoria Granite makes a lovely counter-top and continues up the walls to make a perfect continuation into the backsplash. With the under cabinet lighting, this kitchen is easy on the eyes and didn’t break the bank! Both the stainless farmhouse sink and the faucet lend to this amazing silver motif.
