I hired Jeff and his team to entirely renovate my bathroom with a replacement that was 2 years in design. Objective was to create a black and white theme, all fixtures/cabinets would float with nothing touching the floor, create a false ceiling to accommodate a Kohler rain shower and install a new Intelligent Kohler toilet. Jeff and his team completed this project exactly as I had designed it. Their work and quality was of the highest standard.

They were very patient and helpful with suggestions, competitive on pricing and quick about getting the job done as well. Each person who came to the house was professional and polite and very skilled at doing their specific job. I really appreciated how they have a consistent and talented group of employees and every single small detail and “issue” (these will be inevitable on a project this size) was attended to and remedied. All of them with total satisfaction. They completed a complete medium-sized kitchen and half-bathroom remodel in a much quicker time than we anticipated. I recommend them and will have them out in the future for more work.

We have nothing but praise for the entire Greystone staff from Jeff, the contractor, to all the workers who worked diligently to complete the project. My week started with my double wall oven breaking beyond repair, the week before Thanksgiving…yay. Thankful to have found Martin Appliance in Jacksonville and a wonderful person named Heather! She took the dimensions of our current oven and emailed me choices that would fit. Picked an oven, paid by phone and it was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently today (3 days from phone call to completion), and they hauled away the old! And the overall price for everything was better than the local “big box” stores. Local, family owned businesses are still the way to go?

I would absolutely recommend Greystone. They did a complete kitchen remodel in my 85-year-old Craftsman Bungalow, and I love it! When dealing with an old home, you never know what may be uncovered, which I was warned about. They successfully navigated the demolition and remodel while also bringing natural gas into the house, coordinating all of what that entails. Changes were dealt with calmly and pleasantly; the timeline was reasonable. I am very pleased with the quality of the work which was equaled by the professional, respectful and pleasant demeanor of everyone I dealt with on the project. Jeff deserves a lot of credit for putting together such a good team.

We are enjoying our new Americana Capital cabinets and Cambria Quartz counter tops from Greystone Kitchens. We enjoyed working with Peter and Jeff in the design and the final product is great! We chose arctic white cabinets with brushed nickle handles and knobs that match the finish on the faucet, sprayer and stainless steel sink. Cabinets are all solid wood construction -maple. Soft close hinges and drawers are especially nice. Installers have an eye for detail which made for a really nice job.
