A few things worth knowing.
Who provides the financing?
Financing is provided by our independent lending partners, Home Upgrade, HFS Financial and Buildertrend Financing (powered by Nelnet Bank). Each lender sets its own application process, approval requirements, rates and terms. Greystone Kitchens is not a lender.
What projects can I finance?
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, cabinet refinishing and countertops, flooring, closets, windows and doors, additions and whole-home renovations can all be financed, subject to the lender’s approval.
When should I apply?
Many clients apply after their design consultation, once they have a detailed estimate. You are also welcome to apply earlier to understand your options.
How quickly will I hear back?
Timing depends on the lender. HFS Financial offers a 60-second loan inquiry and funds most approved customers within about 24 hours.
Can I combine financing with other payment?
Yes. Many homeowners finance part of a project and pay the rest directly. Your designer can walk you through the options.
