The original cabinets stayed exactly where they were. Busy granite was replaced with calm white quartz, and new brass knobs and pulls finished the look, with no tear-out. New white oak floors completed the change, which you can see on our flooring page.

The dark cabinetry and beadboard island stayed exactly as they were. Speckled gold granite was replaced with soft white quartz and a new backsplash, which brightened the whole kitchen with no cabinet work at all.

The white cabinets and brick-look backsplash stayed. Busy gold granite was replaced with soft white quartz and the hardware was updated, so the coffee bar now feels as bright and calm as the rest of the kitchen.

Here the countertops stayed exactly as they were. The maple cabinets were refinished in a crisp white with new hardware and a new glass backsplash, which completely changed the feel of the kitchen at a fraction of the cost of new cabinetry.

The original raised-panel cabinets stayed in place and were refinished in a soft, warm gray. The granite peninsula gave way to a larger island topped in white quartz, and new lighting and hardware finished a kitchen that now looks newly built.

How we work
Designed, selected, built.
It begins with a free in-home consultation, where we look at your space, how you use it and what you want it to feel like. Our designers develop the layout and help you select countertops, finishes and hardware, and once everything is approved, we handle ordering, scheduling and construction through final inspection.
Greystone is a licensed Florida general contractor. Design and construction are handled under one roof.

A few things worth knowing.
Can I replace my countertops without refinishing my cabinets?
Yes. Countertops and refinishing are separate services. Many clients start with new countertops alone, and refinishing can always follow later.
Can I refinish my cabinets and keep my countertops?
Yes. We protect your existing countertops while the doors and drawer fronts are refinished and the cabinet frames are finished in place.
Which countertop material is right for me?
Quartz is low-maintenance and consistent, granite and quartzite bring natural variation, and marble offers a softer, classic look. We will help you compare samples in your consultation.
What does a refresh cost?
Every project is unique, and pricing depends on the size of your kitchen, the materials you choose and whether you choose countertops, refinishing or both. Your consultation is where we put that together.

How long does a countertop or refinishing project take?
Countertop replacement and cabinet refinishing take far less time than a full remodel. Timing depends on the scope and materials you choose. Once all scopes for your project are confirmed, your designer or project manager will walk you through your schedule, depending on the complexity of the project.
How long has Greystone Kitchens been in business?
Greystone Kitchens has served Northeast Florida since 2016. In that time our team has completed more than 1,000 individual projects, many of them covering several rooms at once.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Greystone is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1527027) and a licensed master plumbing contractor (RF11067940), so design, permitting, construction and plumbing are all handled by one licensed team.
Is design handled in-house?
Yes. Our own designers work with you from the first consultation through final selections, and the same company builds what we design.
What warranty do you offer?
Every project includes our one-year installation warranty, plus all manufacturer warranties on the products we install, ranging from 10 years up to lifetime coverage.
Which cabinet lines do you carry?
We carry many cabinet lines across a wide range of styles, finishes and budgets, and we add new lines regularly for new styles or at a client’s request. Your designer will help you compare them side by side.
