Windows for every space, in a wide range of styles, colors and finishes. Picture and bay windows that open a room to the view. Front entry doors, French doors and sliding glass doors that set the tone from the threshold. Impact-rated glass is available wherever you want added protection, and energy-efficient options keep rooms cooler and quieter. And because the exterior matters as much as the opening, we handle the stucco, siding and trim repair too, so the work is finished without bringing in another vendor.

It begins with an in-home consultation, where we look at your home and your goals. From there we select products and finishes for your approval, pull the required permits, and manage installation through final inspection.

A few things worth knowing.
Do window and door replacements require a permit?
In Florida, replacing windows and exterior doors generally requires a building permit. We pull it and coordinate the inspections, so it stays off your list.
What does a project cost?
Every project is unique, and pricing is specific to your home, the openings involved and the products you choose. The consultation is where we put that together for you.
Will I need a separate contractor for stucco or siding?
No. We handle the exterior finishes that complete a window or door installation, including stucco and siding repair and trim, so the job is finished in one place.
Is financing available?
Yes. You can read about our remodel financing options, or ask during your consultation.
How long does window or door installation take?
Timing depends on the number of openings, the products you choose and whether permits are required. Once all scopes for your project are confirmed, your designer or project manager will walk you through your schedule, depending on the complexity of the project.
How long has Greystone Kitchens been in business?
Greystone Kitchens has served Northeast Florida since 2016. In that time our team has completed more than 1,000 individual projects, many of them covering several rooms at once.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Greystone is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1527027) and a licensed master plumbing contractor (RF11067940), so design, permitting, construction and plumbing are all handled by one licensed team.
Is design handled in-house?
Yes. Our own designers work with you from the first consultation through final selections, and the same company builds what we design.
What warranty do you offer?
Every project includes our one-year installation warranty, plus all manufacturer warranties on the products we install, ranging from 10 years up to lifetime coverage.

Exterior renovation

New windows often start a larger conversation about the exterior. On this home, arched windows and new doors were part of a full refresh: stucco repair and a warm new color, refined entry trim and corbels, balustrades and columns framing each window bank, and new gutters and trim.

Interior doors
Light through, sound kept in.
An open archway between the entry and a small office was framed in with new trim and a pair of frameless glass doors with slim black pulls, so the room can close for privacy while light still carries through the entry.
